HuskyDEV (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a developer of all the HuskyDEV Watch Faces on the Google Play store (link to all watch faces) - mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).

Information Collection and Use

Your privacy is very important to us. So check what we do:

• We don’t ask you for any personal information
• We don’t share/sell your personal information with anyone.
• We don’t store your personal information.
• We don’t transfer any personal information from your mobile or watch

The Application does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

What information is stored in the internal memory of the watch face application

Watch Face configuration settings

The watch face application is storing all configuration settings like preferred color, language, dial type, type of complications, etc.

Location Data

We may use and store information about your approximate location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features such as weather forecast. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Application at any time by way of your device settings.
You can also save your location (the city or district) manually without granting the location permission.

Permission Usage

In-app purchases (com.android.vending.BILLING)

This permission is required to make a donation and get the Premium Features when using a free watch face.

Body sensor (android.permission.BODY_SENSORS)

This permission allows the watch face show HEART RATE value.

Post notification (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

This permission allows the watch face companion mobile app on Android 13+ show notification with information about new watch faces.

Internet(android.permission.INTERNET)

This permission is required to download a weather forecast from a weather provider, download an actual list of our watch faces (Icon and description), download an ad from AdMob, etc.

Network state (android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)

This permission is required to check the active internet connection.

Write settings (android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS)

This permission is required to ability change the screen brightness on the watch by custom launcher on the watch face.

Coarse location (android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)

This permission allows an app to access the approximate location. This is important to provide a city or district to the weather to obtain the weather forecast.

Vibrate (android.permission.VIBRATE)

This permission allows using the vibrations on the watch for example to vibrate every hour feature.

Wake lock (android.permission.WAKE_LOCK)

This permission allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Receive complications data (com.google.android.wearable.permission.RECEIVE_COMPLICATION_DATA)

This permission allows the watch face receive data from the external complications providers.

Provide background (com.google.android.permission.PROVIDE_BACKGROUND)

This permission enabled using the application as a watch face.

Get Install referrer (com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE)

This permission is automatically added by the Google Play service.

Receive C2DM (com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE)

Required by older versions of Google Play services to create IID tokens.

Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID)

Required by Google AdMob to handle and obfuscate the device UID.
